Concetta's Hair Tips--Vitamins

Vitamin B is vital in maintaining healthy hair and nails! Ways to get more vitamin B is to eat beans, eggs or berries!

Biotin is also another vitamin you can have which is also found in oats, brown rice and sun flower seeds!

Vitamins C and E also help with circulation and oxygen flow in the blood which will also spur on hair and nail growth! Vitamin C and E are found in fruits and nuts!
